CrispAudio is an audio workstation for sound-effect synthesis, voice processing, and timeline editing. It is designed to be local-first and private.
None. CrispAudio does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party trackers.
Your sounds, projects, and settings are stored only on your device (in local app storage). They are never uploaded to us or anyone else. Exporting or sharing a file is always an explicit action you take, to a location you choose.
The Voice Processor can record audio using your device's microphone. The microphone is only accessed after you explicitly tap Record, and the recorded audio is processed entirely on your device. It is never sent to us or any server.
CrispAudio includes an optional text-to-speech feature that is off by default. It only works if you configure a speech-synthesis server address in Settings. If you do, the text you enter is sent to that server — one you choose and control — to generate audio. CrispAudio does not provide or operate such a server, and no text-to-speech data goes to us.
CrispAudio does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date.
